  8. Version 1.1 already! Well, 9 months is a long time for Apple Computer nowadays.

  10. Machine Icons 1.1 contains a set of icons for all Macs (as at September 1993), and some peripheral hardware. Some have been drawn from scratch, and some amended from System 7  (acknowledgements to Apple Computer). A full set of  ICN#, icl4, icl8, ics#, ics4 and ics8 resoures are provided.

  20. Centris 650: IIvi, IIvx, Performa 600 series
  21. Quadra 800: Quadra 840AV, Workgroup 80
  22. Quadra 950: Quadra 900, Workgroup 95

  24. PowerBook Duo: all models

  27. I've also never seen an LC520 (either a picture or 'in the plastic'), so if anyone can drop me a picture of one I'd be grateful.

  30. Cut & Paste these icons as normal - if you don't understand, read onÉ

To use these files, simply highlight the icon, select "Get Info" from the Finder "File" menu (Command-I), click on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the information box, and "Copy" (Command-C). Repeat the process for the file you want to receive the icon and "Paste" (Command-V) rather than "Copy".

  34. These icons are free, but if you enjoyed them, please send me a postcard of your home town and let me know.

  36. If you hate writing postcards, suitably large sums of money or PowerBook Duos will suffice.

  38. Seriously, any monies donated (any currency) are converted into Sterling and donated to the Sheffield Cat's Shelter - the oldest animal charity in the world. The stray cats of South Yorkshire say meow for everything given so far!
